Re-reporting as a separate bug something I already mentioned earlier
in bug#57796: in the package search engine, if your search didn't turn
up any matches, the response is

  Responses 1-0 of 0 responses shown. No responses to your query.

This is mildly confusing and somewhat distractive. Perhaps the "no
matches" situation could be treated as a special case with completely
its own response message so you can avoid the bogus "1-0 of 0" stuff.

Hi,

I've just fixed the search_packages.pl script to skip printing "Responses
1-0 of 0 shown." when no results are found. It was quite trivial, even, the
existing check for that special case was simply bogus.
