Yes. We simply need to work out a way to put that in the web pages and
make it easy for you to update. We can give you access to CVS or you
can simply mail us updates. We're flexible. As part of that, feel free
to point us to information that should go onto the developer's page.

The contents of releases/slink/*/release-notes/ were put together by aph.
The contents of devel/release_info have been updated randomly by various
people.

Since you will be at the center of releases (dare I say, a target?)
you should have a better grasp than us poor webmasters of what is happening.
I doubt you will do a worse job of keeping it up to date than we've done.
