conversion of SPI pages to multi-lingual templates
Since the conversion of the Debian pages to the new templates has
gone so well, I'm working on doing the same to the SPI pages.
Most of the files in the SPI template directory are identical to
their counterpart in the Debian pages so I will just copy them.
Instead of doing the transition language by language, I thought
the SPI pages could be done in one shot - all language at once.
The only file that needs translations added is template.wml.
I have added a temporary file, template.wml.multilingual.
Please check/add the translations there and when it's ready
I'll rename it and convert the pages.
Even if you haven't translated the SPI pages, you may as well
add the translations to this file now.
