bad URLs in ports pages

The following are bad links found in the ports pages. Note that some of
them may simply be temporary problems:

Looking into http://localhost/ports/sparc/
  http://sunsite.mff.cuni.cz/linux/ultrapenguin-1.0/ : error 500 Can't connect to sunsite.mff.cuni.cz:80 (Connection timed out)

Looking into http://localhost/ports/sparc64/
  http://ultra.penguin.cz/ : error 500 Can't connect to ultra.penguin.cz:80 (Connection timed out)

Looking into http://localhost/ports/alpha/links
  http://www.redhat.com/support/mailing-lists/archives/axp-list/ : error 404 Not Found

Looking into http://localhost/ports/arm/softwaremap
  http://www.netwinder.org/devel/notes/index.html : error 401 Unauthorized
