major updates to english directory coming
I just want to warn the translators that there will be major
updates to the english wml source in the next few days.
The changes should add some stability to the template files,
Makefiles and simplify pages somewhat (the 'Back to homepage'
and call to languages() are now done in the templates).
When done, I'll post mail to debian-www. If any translators
would like help in converting the pages just ask and I'll set
up the Makefiles and convert the pages for you.
