The location of the web pages on va.debian.org has changed.
They are now located in /org/www.debian.org/debian.org
and /org/www.debian.org/debian.org-local
I made the assumption that no one was mirroring from va.
Taking a look at www.uk.debian.org I find I was wrong.
I hope this didn't catch anyone else.
