rsync

Hi,

If anyone is using rsync off va or master please upgrade to the 1.7.4
version. I have prepared a .deb of it based on Phillips work and it is
available at

http://www.debian.org/~jgg/rsync_1.7.4-0.1_i386.deb

The big reason to upgrade is for the reduced memory usage, Andrew has said
approximately 10x on large archives. VA is under alot of memory strain
lately and this will make things better.
