Second Round: 'About Debian' for the web pages
I have made changes to address all the comments sent to me.
Thanks for your input!
Most of the comments related to the sloppy use of the word 'free'.
Hopefully it is much clearer now.
I'd appreciate another round of feedback. These pages are
the first thing most potential users see and it would be
nice if it was a good first impression.
