Not being familiar with the background beyond skimming that thread,
would a zeroth-order solution be a massive copy-paste from women.d.o
to wiki.d.o? I'd be able to contribute a few hours this evening,
probably starting c. 2300Z, to help out. If I can be useful, please
point me in an appropriate direction :)
