Bug#248783: pearpc packaging

Hi Leo

Back in May you submitted an ITP for pearpc. You said you want to wait
for pearpc version 0.2 to come out. Are you still interested in
packaging pearpc? It's currently at version 0.3.1.

If you are no longer interested I will prepare packages of pearpc.
