I no longer have time to maintain gliese (and other astronomy related
packages). Prospective maintainers should contact me since I would like to
point out some issues in astronomy-related software in Debian that would
need to be coordinated too. Also, since starplot Suggests
'gliese', they should be taken together.
The package is in sync with upstream and lintian clean.

* Change perl check to -x check of the gliese2spacechart script
(so it can be written in other programming languages in the future)

fix file locations (/usr/share has symlinks to files at /var/lib)
* Use gliese2spacechart (no .pl) and check if the output directory
exists before running the script
* Simplify removal process and take into account starplot symlinks
