Bug#100211: Adoption?

I wanted to upload a version with libming support compiled in, but I am
waiting for the python situation to resolve itself before uploading
libming (libming includes a python binding.) If a new version comes out or
any bugs are reported I will upload a new version of autotrace without
libming support; otherwise I plan on waiting until I can upload libming. I
didn't want to make an upload just to change the maintainer name when I
have changes that I want to put into it. Right now autotrace is at the same
version as upstream.
