Would like to vote, can't vote

I'm still barred from voting (and uploading packages etc.) by
keyring maintainer(s) inaction in updating my expired key's new
expiration date - last debian keyring update Dec 2007; I updated
the key a month ago.

Disenfranchment is very annoying.
