That's one problem. Another problem is that NMs are not too happy to get
asked a whole bunch of questions that seem to have no connection to the
stuff they want to do. 
This is more than a simple problem of getting more people to help, it
involves discussing more fine-grained privileges, which would more or
less require changes to our infrastructure everywhere and are not a real
solution at the moment. I did not have time yet to bring my thoughts
about this in a useful form, but it's definitely something which concerns
the whole project.
