Hmm. Sorry, I am going to continue to assume that debian
developers can exercise a modicum of common sense. If option 1 says
(no longer provide non-free), and option 2 says (reaffirm our
intention to supply non-free), I assume people know what that means
-- or I a certainly do not want them having a say in where the
project is headed.
