I do not accuse you of anything. But of the people you mentioned above
(DPL, archive admins, release manager), you are the one who made it
publically that the SC changes would also change the release policy for
sarge. This is why we ask you. 

I can understand that you do not want to answer questions that, as you
see it, are only asked in order to be able to blame you afterwards. 

On the other hand, if it turns out after the vote that you interpret the
changes, as they have been accepted, in a different way than I (and
hopefully many others) do it, or as the proposers intended - and I think
those intentions are quite clear, *then* I would in fact blame you for
not speaking up before we voted.

If you are confident that this is not the case (and that the intentions
are in fact clear), please say so, and I will not urge you further. If
you don't, I must say that this make me doubt whether we will achieve
what we want with the current wording, and with you as Release
Manager. And I would rather change the wording, not the Release
Manager.
