proposal, so that the entire proposal now reads:
that the amendments to the Social Contract contained within the

I believe that the general resolution in question was incomplete.
I believe I would second, and vote for (in preference to this one), a
well thought out GR which further amends the social contract such that
key packages which have been in main (and are within the specifications
of our original social contract) could be maintained by debian until
our users have something better.
