keyboard and mouse just stuck

Hi, Thanks for reading, and I need some help.
Description: About 2024 Mar 14 0:0:0, I use the shortcut 'Ctrl + Alt + L', lock the screen, after several hours, I want to login the computer. Then, I click one mouse, and type one enter key, the screen light, and everything stuck and stop. The mouse and keyboard cant click, cant move, cant type.
