XEN 4.0 and Debian 6 HVM Problem.

Hello!

I have just installed a new machine with Debian 6 and XEN 4.0. I used the apt repositiories to achieve this. I already installed a machine with this configuration, without problems.

Now, the hardware differs from the previous machine:

CPU: AMD FX 8120
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3
VGA: GAINWARD nVidia GF210

I installed successfully XEN. The created PV virtual machines are works, but when I try to start a HVM based VM, the dom0 reboots automatically. I get only once an error message on IP Console:

And another thing, I can see always, when I boot up:

[ 0.167168] PCI: Using ACPI for IRQ routing
[ 0.167168] pci 0000:00:00.0: BAR 3: address space collision on of device [0xe0000000-0xffffffff]
[ 0.167168] pci 0000:00:00.0: BAR 3: can't allocate resource
Here is the full dmesg: http://pastebin.com/QL2N7bS1

LSPCI output: http://pastebin.com/T05EVcCz

And this is what can be interesting in: 00:00.0 Host bridge: ATI Technologies Inc RD890 PCI to PCI bridge (external gfx0 port B) (rev 02)

I do not know, what can I do, now. I waiting for any suggestion.

Best regards, and Happy New Year.
