config usb wireless as access point?

Hi,
I bought an usb wireless card (ralink 2800), in fact this card can be used as  access point, there is an utility raui.exe ( I downloaded it from ralink site)  which can manage the card, unfortunately I can't find it for linux.
I can used it as card, the driver already exists in package firmwire-ralink.

 Somebody has an idea where can I find that utility or other which the procedure.
