Probably the standard set: Linux, coreutils, fileutils, and binutils, maybe 
busybox.

An injunction was already filed in a German court.  Skype initially counter-
sued claiming the GPL was anti-competitive.  Before the judges took up that 
issue, Skype dropped their counter-suit and are, as I understand it, in the 
process of complying with the GPL.
