That's a really old version of exim, of the 3.X series. For the latest

Assuming a standard, confing, putting
in the user's .forward file will cause e-mail to be rejected, or use
:blackhole: to accept the e-mail but discard it.

Any thoughts? I'm using exim 4.69-9 in Lenny.
