Further to my previous mail, there is

netselect-apt: Netselect don't says that I hava a firewall but I don't have

Sergey Belikov gives the solution below, but though I have the
recommended version 0.3.ds1-12.1, I still get the problem. Am filing an
addition to that bug report. Please advise what else to do.
