We need to know information about the machine he was putting it on. Make and Model (like a Dell, HP or Lenovo. Something like that). Or if it is a hand built machine, we need to know the make and models of: Motherboard, Processor, Video card, DVD/CD drive, NIC, etc... Also, please reply to the LIST next time.
