Your messages are multipart/alternative with a plain text part and an
HTML part. For such messages it is up to the recipient's MUA to choose
which of the two parts it will display, based on the preferences
specified by its user. Therefore it is your responsibility to make sure
that both parts are properly formatted. Furthermore, the Debian mailing
list code of conduct (http://www.debian.org/MailingLists/) states
clearly:

* Wrap your lines at 80 characters or less for ordinary discussion.
  Lines longer than 80 characters are acceptable for computer-generated
  output (e.g., ls -l).

* Never send your messages in HTML; use plain text instead.

In other words: You are currently demonstrating in a public forum that
you are both inconsiderate and ignorant. Prospective employers normally
know how to use google, so maybe it would be better for you to keep a
somewhat lower profile until you get a clue about a few things and learn
some manners.
