Please don't top-post.

The problem is to access the files that are in the maildir. This dir
have the permissions to mail user, but the courier package executes the
daemon as a nobody / nogroup. I want to execute as mail too....

You are migrating user storage from Maildir to MySQL?
No, I have a mail users in MySQL and the mail storage in a partition. The exim config is with maildir format OK ???

I want the user which exec courier daemon's (auth, pop and imap...) was mail, and now the user which exec the daemon is nobody.

I don't want system users. The users in mysql are very well, because I replicate the information but more than one server.

Thank you
(Your native language doesn't seem to be English, so I'm trying to

Hello,

Exim maildir???

Maildirs "live" in each user's $HOME

How can I change ??
On my system, each $USER has (one or more) courier imapd processes,
and they run as $USER.
