Isn't that basically what it does? It lets you manipulate the mail on
the server without actually /transferring/ them. I've never looked into
IMAP before though, I think I'm going to try to work with it soon
though; Sounds interesting (Especially since soon I'll be getting a
mobile client with e-mailing abilities).
