problem with accessrunner driver

hi all,
after many many tries and tears in order to find some working driver for my usb adsl modem (zte zxdsl 852 which uses conexant chipsets), i found accessrunner (cxacru), which is also available in the kernel. Now, i tried to uses the cxacru-fw program in order to get the firmware out of 
cnxetu.sys , but it doesn't work. i mean, it prints "could find sequence" and that it can't extract the firmware. Does anyone has an idea why this happens? and if not, any ideas on how to get a ready firmware ("
cxacru-fw.bin")
