Yes, the TV+radio card is connected to the sound card (one external cable to 
the sound card audio in).  For this reason I can ear one «clic clic clic» 
when move the KRadio dial between radio FM MHz.

I don't locate solutions.  Maybe the problem is with bt878:

I don't have tested the TV signal, doesn't have antenna plug near the
