do you have tried to load the modules one by one?

put following lines in your

+---[ '/etc/modules' ]--
| 
| insmod soundcore
| insmod sound
| insmod sb_lib
| insmod sb
| insmod uart401
+-----------------------

"sb" maybe with your parameters...
