Hi,

My debian 3.1 celeron machine can't be powered off when I run the poweroff command, I had the same issue when I use other old distrubution Linux system many years ago but fixed by system update. Now I switched to Debian 3.1 yesterday, and have the same very old issue again.

But I don't know which package the bug is in, so I have no idea what to do next.

could anybody suggest?
