That is pretty much a standard for USA companies and companies selling 
in the USA.  I would not be concerned about it as the first thing to
suffer in advertising in the USA is any semblence of the truth.

This is why the success of the various Linux distributions in the USA
completely confuses the high-power marketing companies employed by MS,
Sun, et. al.  There are no outlandish claims profered by the Linux
Community--its well deserved reuptation sells itself.

I would not be concerned about the claims.  It's all rather amusing and
somewhat sad because people that don't do their homework will fall prey
to such claims and mandate such products be used.  This is why MS is
thought of more as a marketing company than a software service company.
