There aren't any.  This is BIOS land, unless sensors -s broke it.

First, as it is true for *ALL* Intel boards, for server
and Desktop: Get the newest possible BIOS, Intel does update them unlike
some other bozos out there.

Then make sure no crap in sensors for adm1027- is doing anything stupid.

Then install sysfsutils and the sysfs.conf snippet I send in the other
message.

And be advised that one fan for so many HDs is probably not enough.
