Sure. Edit /etc/webmin/miniserv.conf. There's a line about a third of
the way down that says "ssl=1". 

Change it to "ssl=0" (zero) and restart webmin (/etc/init.d/webmin
restart).

It's also in the webmin configuration window somewhere.
