Great, that's what I was looking for.

To answer to all the kind people who helped:

    I don't use gnome or kde, but windowmaker, so I don't have nautilus
    or k-something.
    I tryed gftp and it works well, but I prefer the text interface of
    mc, because very often I run the program on a remote machine.
    
    What about that tux commander?
