murphy.debian.org sends it out to the debian-user mailing list,
thereby assuring (if it's spam) it's been reported a hundred times and
the spammer killed many times over before you see it, ideally
speaking.  Regular legit emails are accepted as ordinary list traffic,
though the requester may need to watch lists.debian.org for potential
replies; not everyone encourages Cc:'s to the unsubscribed.
