No.

Right now, the recommended Debian variant is Debian GNU/Linux, which is
not based on the Hurd kernel, but on the Linux kernel. Unlike the Hurd
kernel, which is still under development, the Linux kernel is very
stable.

Nobody knows, but more likely within years than within weeks.

Is there any specific reason why you want to deploy a Hurd-based instead
of a Linux-based system?
