I found http://pegasus.rutgers.edu/~elflord/unix/bash-tute.html to be 
useful.  Note I can't comment on its accuracy.

Then the the "Advanced Bash-Scripting Guide" at 
http://www.tldp.org/LDP/abs/html/
for a more advanced course.
