Should I use 686 specific kernel on Pentium M?

Hi there,

I am running Sid with 2.4 kernel on a ThinkPad T42 with Pentium M
1.7GHz CPU, I wanna upgrade to 2.6 kernel, my question is should I
upgrade with 2.6-386 or 2.6-686, or some other specific kernel?
