I use Gnucash but I don't believe it supports online banking.  It does allow 
one to download a banking statement and then import it into an account but 
that is about it as far as online banking is concerned.  I used Quicken under 
Win4Lin until a year or two ago when Quicken crashed and rather than 
reinstall it, I switched to Gnucash.  I recall getting emails from Intuit 
informing me that I would need to upgrade or lose some features and that also 
affected my decision to switch.
