You mean /more/ than useless I'm sure. At least that's what I think of
it. I never use it for archive searches. However, the l.d.o search page
(http://lists.debian.org/search.html) actually has a link to
http://lists.debian.org/google.html (which is google search with
site:lists.debian.org) so that helps.
