trying to get orinoco card to work??

hi all,
i'm trying to get my orinoco silver up and running, there are drivers for 
pcmcia cards,
but if i do a
ls /lib/modules/kernel number/kernel/drivers
the  pcmcia is blued out
is it not loaded? if not how do i load it?
