bad sources.list

I have done something wrong.
I am trying to get my system to contact my ISP's mirror, first, before 
going further outside.
Here are the lines in sources.list:
# Testing
deb ftp://ftp.filearena.net/pub/debian/pool/ testing main contrib 
non-free
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/pub/debian testing main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/pub/debian-non-US testing/non-US main 
contrib non-free

Here is the warning I get:
W: Couldn't stat source package list ftp://ftp.filearena.net 
testing/main Packages 
(/var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.filearena.net_pub_debian_pool_dists_testing_main_binary-i386_Packages)
