Oddly - installed 2.4.24-1-k7 on another machine yesterday. Both
machines now have a happy running kernel upgrade.

However - the

Setting up kernel-image-2.4.24-1-686 (2.4.24-1) ...
error reading /lib/modules/2.4.24-1-686/build :No such file or directory
Deleting /lib/modules/2.4.24-1-686/build

message appeared on both machines for both the successful and
non-successful installs.

So - the diskspace problem fixed the cramfs ROM build problem and
allowed the kernel's to install - but there is an error message - that
- 1) doesn't seem to affect the install - apt-get returns with a
successful return code and 2) installs a working kernel anyway.

All a little odd.
