cdrdao / scsi error on testing
A week or so ago, I was able to burn CDs with cdrdao w/o problems.
Yesterday it stopped working. I'm running the "testing" branch, with a
custom kernel. I run "apt-get update; apt-get upgrade; apt-get
dist-upgrade" on a nearly daily basis, but don't pay close attention to
which packages actually get upgraded. I'm seeing this on multiple
different machines, with different configurations (all are x86). I have
successfully burned CDs on both of them in the past. Can anyone help me
figure out what's wrong and how to fix it? I assume the error is the same
in both cases, but output is slightly different, so I am including both
outputs, along with relevant configurations.
Running "cdrdao simulate foo.cue" gives me the following:
2.4.20 kernel, IDE DVD/CDRW drive, ide-scsi builtin (not a module):

Pausing 10 seconds - hit CTRL-C to abort.

I have also seen this yesterday on a third machine, 2.4.18 kernel, SCSI
RICOH MP6200S CDRW, but now as I try it so as to cut and paste the output,
it appears to be working. This is my slowest drive, so I would still very
much like to get the others to work. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
