Mutt can do this.

Mutt can do this (aliases can contain several addresses).

Mutt can do alias completion, which is a bit equivalent.

It depends on what you want. If you want the filter to be applied before
you read the mail (i.e. when the mail is delivered), use procmail. If
you want the filter to be applied after you read the mail, Mutt can do
this (save-hook function).

There is no custom fields in Mutt's address book (aliases). But Mutt
can query external address books.
