Trying to compile rivatv

I am using kernel-headers-2.4.18-686 2.4.18-5 to compile rivatv on my 
system. However I am missing the files

 tuner.h

and

 audiochip.h

Now these seem to be in the kernel-source package. That package however 
misses another file which is in kernel-headers.

Can I conbine the two packages?

Rivatv expects the sources to be in /usr/src/linux
