No, they are not yet in sid. But Gnome2 is in experimental and
Kde3.0.2 debs can be get from http://kde3.geniussystems.net/debian.
Here's what I have in my apt/sources.list ,
#for gnome2
deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian ../project/experimental main
deb http://www.hadess.net/ /debian/
#for kde3.0.2
deb http://kde3.geniussystems.net/debian ./
