Spell component using 95% cpu

I am using evolution and gnome-spell and it works well. However there is
this irritating problem with gnome-spell that when the message is sent, 
a process relatet to gnome-spell uses all the cpu. 

An example from top:

Has anybody else also seen this problem. I want to file a bugreport on
this but i would like to see if anyone has an explanation or a fix.
