Look at http://www.gnupg.org/
or http://www.pgp.net/

apt-get install [gnupg pgpgp | pgp | pgp5i }] 

If you like graphical frontend: seahorse, tkpgp, gpa, and others.

If you have installed mutt deb, /etc/Muttrc will be preconfigured to
use pgp.
